Fabtech’s Radius Arm system for the Ford Super Duty is built to handle the on and offroad demands of the truck enthusiast. This system is a complete upgrade to the factory suspension and will provide additional strength for use with oversized tires.
The heart of this quality system is Fabtech’s tubular Radius Arms. The design of these arms comes from Fabtech race components built with a tubular structure reinforced by a dimple die side plate and heavy gusseting for rugged offroad use. They are a superior upgrade to the stock stamped arms.
Included in this system is the massive Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Conversion for outstanding damping capacity offroad with a quality on road ride. The Coilover bolts in place of the factory coil spring without removal of the coil spring bucket. The giant 4" diameter aluminum remote reservoir mounts horizontally above the Coilover to allow for full compression travel with oversized tires. The Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover is the biggest and baddest on the market for the Ford Super Duty.

Tubular construction with dimple die side plate for superior strength. Arms are offset for full turning radius with 15.50 wide tires on 5" back space wheels. Adjustable alignment cams on the arms allow for an additional 1.5-2 degrees of caster adjustment. Each Radius Arm features Fabtech’s proprietary 5 Ton Joint on the pivot side at the frame. These joints have been proven in rugged military use for over 10 years and are both quiet and strong.
Dirt Logic 4.0 Conversion
Simplistic super stout 1/4" thick steel brackets utilize the factory coil bucket to bolt in the massive Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover. A 4" diameter stainless steel body with 1.25" NitroSteel piston rod provides maximum corrosion resistance and durability for the most aggressive driving conditions. American made coil springs handle the weight of the Super Duty while providing 2" of increased wheel travel over stock. The remote aluminum reservoir dissipates heat for consistent damping when driving over extreme terrain at high speed. The ultimate of all coilover shocks.
Track Bar Bracket
1/4" thick steel bracketry repositions the factory track bar to center the axle under the vehicle with the increased lift height. Super stout box style bracket is designed to eliminate deflection when the track bar moves through its full cycle.
Dropped Pitman Arm
Forged steel construction with high strength material that exceeds the factory specifications. Designed specifically for the Super Duty to work in conjunction with the factory drag link and Fabtech’s extended length Track Bar for proper steering functionality.
Front Bump Stops
Heavy duty 1/4" thick steel brackets extend the factory bump stop cushions down to eliminate over cycling of the suspension. The bracket’s semi boxed construction can handle the full impact compression of the massive Super Duty.
Sway Bar Brackets
1/4" thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar for the increased ride height. This allows the sway bar link ends to fully cycle without binding throughout the extended travel range.
Brake Line Brackets
Repositions the factory brake lines down on the frame for the new travel range without having to open the brake system. Keeps factory fluid system intact.
Steering Stabilizer Brackets
Retains the stock Ford heavy duty steering stabilizer with a 1/4" thick steel bracket and support brace to help reduce tire shimmy.
Driveshaft Shim Kit
Allows for incremental rear driveline angle change at the carrier bearing on two piece driveshaft applications to eliminate vibration with the increased ride height.
Rear Lift Blocks
Cast iron 5" rear lift blocks provide additional lift without changing the ride quality of the factory rear suspension or load carrying capacity.
A single leaf is inserted into the spring pack to provide an additional 1.5" of rear lift.
Rear Sway Bar Brackets
Brackets reposition the sway bar end links down on the frame for the new ride height allowing for proper sway bar functionality without binding.
Rear U Bolts
American made U Bolts designed to attach the entire rear differential to the vehicle. A critical part that
demands the best quality for your vehicle.
Dirt Logic 2.25 Rear Shocks
Constructed of a stainless steel body with NitroSteel piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. Superior ride quality both on and offroad. Excellent damping for offroad use.
