Fabtech’s 8” Radius Arm system for the Ford Super Duty is built to handle the on and offroad demands of the truck enthusiast. This Radius Arm system is a heavy duty upgrade to the factory suspension and will provide additional strength to the vehicle.
The heart of this quality system is Fabtech’s legendary tubular Radius Arms. The design of these arms comes from Fabtech’s racing experience and are built with a tubular structure reinforced by dimple die side plates and heavy gusseting for rugged offroad use. They are superior in strength to the stock stamped arms.
Unique to this 8” system is Fabtech’s extended length Track Bar to address the hyper sensitive steering box of the late model Super Duty. Fabtech is the only manufacturer with this ground breaking system that offers proper steering performance. Fabtech’s extended length Track Bar is 4” longer than stock and is offset to the driver side with a stout 1/4” thick steel mounting bracket. This design helps keep the Track Bar and Draglink closer to parallel than the factory angles to reduce push in the steering. The Track Bar allows for full lock steering of 15.50 wide tires w/ 5” BS wheels.

Tubular construction with dimple die side plate for superior strength. Arms are offset for full turning radius with 15.50 wide tires on 5” back space wheels. Adjustable alignment cams on the arms allow for an additional 1.5-2 degrees of caster adjustment. Each Radius Arm features Fabtech’s proprietary 5 Ton Joint on the pivot side at the frame. These joints have been proven in rugged military use for over 10 years and are both quiet and strong.
American made coil springs have been designed for a very compliant ride quality both on and offroad. Each coil is preset during the manufacturing process to insure no ride height settling over time. Allows for a 2” increase in wheel travel over stock when used with Fabtech shock absorbers.
Extended Length Track Bar & Bracket
This unique design features an offset, extended length adjustable Track Bar to address the hyper sensitive steering box of the late model Super Duty when running oversized tires.
The Track Bar is built of 1.50 OD .375 wall DOM tubing and is 4” longer than stock. The Track Bar is attached to the frame with a 1/4" thick frame bracket that is offset to the driver side with a support brace to eliminate deflection. A 15.50 wide tire on 5” backspace wheel will still turn full lock without interference.
The extended length Track Bar is re-positioned to be closer to neutral with the factory drag link than stock. This change results in reducing tire shake and bump steer far more effectively than with just a Track Bar bracket. A Fabtech exclusive.
Dropped Pitman Arm
Forged steel construction with high strength material that exceeds the factory specifications. Designed specifically for the Super Duty to work in conjunction with the factory drag link and Fabtech’s extended length Track Bar for proper steering functionality.
Front Bump Stops
Heavy duty 1/4" thick steel brackets extend the factory bump stop cushions down to eliminate over cycling of the suspension. The bracket’s semi boxed construction can handle the full impact compression of the massive Super Duty.
Sway Bar Brackets
1/4" thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar for the increased ride height. This allows the sway bar link ends to fully cycle without binding throughout the extended travel range.
Brake Line Brackets
Re-positions the factory brake lines down on the frame for the new travel range without having to open the brake system. Keeps factory fluid system intact.
Steering Stabilizer Brackets
Retains the stock Ford heavy duty steering stabilizer with a 1/4" thick steel bracket and support brace to help reduce tire shimmy.
Rear Lift Blocks
Cast iron 5.75” rear lift blocks with an integrated bump stop replace the stock blocks for additional lift without changing the ride quality of the factory rear suspension or load carrying capacity.
Add A Leaf
A single leaf is inserted into the spring pack to provide an additional 1.5” of rear lift with a double pin configuration for strength.
American made U-Bolts designed to attach the entire rear differential to the vehicle. A critical part that demands the best quality for your vehicle.
Dirt Logic 2.25 Shocks
Dirt Logic 2.25 Shocks Constructed of a stainless steel body with NitroSteel piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. Superior ride quality both on and offroad. Excellent damping for offroad use.
