3” BASIC JK 2007
With the introduction of the 2007 Jeep JK, Fabtech announces the release of the 3” Basic system. This system utilizes the factory coil springs with 3” steel coil spacers. With the vast array of cab and motor combinations found in the JK, utilization of the factory coil springs with this system ensures that the vehicle will receive a full 3” of lift to clear 35/1250R17 tires. This system includes a replacement Pitman Arm, front and rear Trac Bar relocation brackets, Sway Bar mounts, front and rear Bump Stop mounts and more. Proper front end alignment is insured with this system due to the included adjustable alignment cams. Also included is a front driveshaft boot clamp kit to allow additional clearance between the front driveshaft and transmission during full suspension articulation. This system capitalizes on Jeep's very capable factory suspension design with the benefit of additional wheelwell clearance to run 35” tall tires for all around on and offroad performance. As an alternative to the factory small CV driveshafts we offer Heavy Duty units feature large 1310 U joints for increased strength. These driveshafts will directly replace the factory assemblies for use with the 3” Basic System. Future products from Fabtech for the JK will include a cutting edge Crawler System, Coilover Conversion system, bumpers and more.

5” Short Arm System
Utilizing the factory link arm mounts Fabtech offers a 5” Short Arm system that features heavy wall 5/16” thick links with rotational urethane ends for unrestricted movement. These heavy duty links feature adjustable ends to dial in caster and pinion angles. System includes front upper and lower links while the rear receives lower links only. Lift is accomplished with replacement coil springs that have a slightly higher spring rate over factory while retaining fl exibility for offroad use. The front Trac Bar is relocated keeping the arc of travel uniform to the drag link angle with included dropped pitman arm. The relationship of the Trac Bar and drag link is critical in providing bump steer free driving. The rear Trac Bar is also relocated keeping the axle located under the vehicle for proper front and rear axle tracking. Fabtech offers heavy duty replacement riveshafts to be used with this system for maximum riveline reliability. Extended length bump stop brackets, sway bar links and brake line brackets fi nish off this excellent performing system.

5” Crawler System w/Dirt Logic Shocks
For JK owners that require the ultimate in offroad performance Fabtech offers a 5” Crawler system that will allow use of 37” tall tires for aggressive offroad use. The front system features a conversion from the factory 4 link arms to our proven Radius Arm design. The adjustable Radius Arm links are constructed of 5/16” thick steel for maximum dent resistance with rotational urethane joints at each end for unrestricted articulation. These new Radius Arms mount to a 1/4” thick steel crossmember that bolts to the frame under the transmission. The front steering geometry is relocated via a dropped pitman arm. A Trac Bar relocation bracket keeps the arc of travel between the Trac Bar and Drag Link proper to reduce bump steer throughout the suspension travel. Lift is accomplished with replacement coil springs or a Coilover Conversion system with Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers for maximum performance both on and offroad. The rear system retains the factory 5 Link design but with extended length lower tubular arms that bolt to new side frame brackets. Installation of these frame brackets does not require the removal of the gas tank or welding. The upper links are replaced as well with a tubular style in the factory mounts. Both upper and lower links feature 5/16” thick wall links with adjustable rotational urethane ends. The rear Trac Bar is properly relocated to keep the rear axle tracking with the front axle for superior road handling at high speed. For increased ground clearance at the rear axle, we provide replacement shock mounts that allow trimming of the factory mounts. This allows an additional 1” of ground clearance over the factory mounts. We offer heavy duty replacement driveshafts to be used with this system for maximum driveline reliability
